You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. FuelTrack PK is not intended for children under 13.

Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, roles, access and business data within their workspaces. Users may access only data and features they are authorized to use. An administrator may remove a member or change permissions. Website report access is additionally restricted to authorized workspace administrators.

Do not misuse FuelTrack PK, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, bypass role or subscription controls, or use the service for fraud or illegal activity.

You and your workspace are responsible for the accuracy of fuel, vehicle, odometer, cost, budget, employee, customer and other records entered in FuelTrack PK. The service is an organizational tool and is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Review generated reports before relying on them and keep exports or backups needed for your records.

We work to keep FuelTrack PK available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance or legal requirements.

FuelTrack PK, its branding, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of records you lawfully enter, subject to permissions you give workspace members and processing needed to operate the service.

Access may be limited or suspended for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and use available account or workspace deletion controls. Subscription cancellation is separate from account or workspace deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelTrack PK is provided as available without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or decisions made from inaccurate user-entered data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update them and will request acceptance again in the application when a material new version applies. Questions may be sent to fueltrackpk@gmail.com or through Contact Support in the application.
