Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start
Account and access
Sign in with the same Google account on the Android app or the web dashboard. Your Google sign-in creates one Firebase identity that both platforms use, so there is nothing separate to set up on the website.
Yes. The website and the Android app share the same Firebase Authentication, so signing in with the same Google account gives you access to the same organization, roles and data on both.
Every organization has only one Organization Super Admin. Only the Super Admin can invite or remove Admins and transfer the Super Admin role. Admins manage clients, vehicles and permitted employees, while Users/Drivers record fuel usage for the clients and vehicles assigned to them.
Clients, vehicles and team
From the web dashboard or the Android app, an authorized Admin can add clients and vehicles (or other fuel targets), assign vehicles to clients, and invite employees by email. All additions respect your organization's current plan limits.
FuelTrack offers Free, Standard, Standard+ and Premium capacity packages. New Company and Petrol Pump plans support 50, 75 or 100 vehicles depending on package; Family paid plans support 5 or 10. Free supports 3 vehicles and 60 monthly fuel entries. See Pricing for the exact current application catalogue.
Fuel entries and approvals
Where approval is enabled for your plan and organization, employee-submitted entries start as Pending. A reviewer can approve, reject, or request a correction. Rejected or correction-requested entries can be resubmitted by the original employee. Unapproved entries are excluded from official reports while approval is enabled.
Yes, on the Android app. Entries recorded offline sync automatically once the device reconnects, and the same entries then appear on the web dashboard.
FuelTrack tracks Petrol, Diesel, Hi-Octane and LPG consistently across the app, website, filters and reports.
Subscriptions and pricing
The catalogue uses USD prices matching the application configuration. Google Play displays the final local currency, taxes and renewal terms before you confirm payment.
Google Play controls the transaction. Its checkout screen shows the final price, billing period, applicable taxes and renewal terms before you confirm payment.
You can move between Free, Standard and Premium through the subscription controls used for purchase. If you downgrade, existing data stays intact, but new users, clients, vehicles or fuel entries may be restricted until usage fits the lower plan's limits.
Data, privacy and deletion
Yes. Authorized Admins can export fuel entries and reports as PDF or Excel files, and the Organization Super Admin can request a full export of the organization's records.
See the Account Deletion and Data Deletion Instructions pages for step-by-step guidance. Deletion requires reauthentication and explicit confirmation, and is handled the same way regardless of whether it's requested from the app or the website.
