Every company has only one Company Super Admin. Only the Super Admin can invite or remove Admins and transfer the Super Admin role. Admins manage vehicles, branches and permitted employees, while Users/Drivers record fuel usage for the vehicles assigned to them.

From the web dashboard or the Android app, an authorized Admin can add vehicles (or other fuel targets) and branches, assign vehicles to branches, and invite employees by email. All additions respect your company's current plan limits.
