How it works
From sign-in to your first report, in seven steps
FuelTrack follows the same process whether your team works from the Android app, the web dashboard, or both at once.
Step 1
Sign in with Google
Use your Google account on the Android app or the web dashboard. The same sign-in works on both, using one shared Firebase identity.
Step 2
Create or join a company
Start a new company as its first Admin — you automatically become the Company Super Admin — or accept an invitation to join an existing one.
Step 3
Add vehicles and branches
Set up the vehicles (or other fuel targets) and branches your company tracks fuel for, including budgets and identification details.
Step 4
Invite authorized team members
The Company Super Admin invites Admins; Admins invite the employees they're authorized to manage, up to your plan's limits.
Step 5
Record fuel usage
Log Petrol, Diesel, Hi-Octane, CNG or LPG entries from the app, online or offline, with vehicle, branch and mileage details.
Step 6
Review and approve entries
Where approval is enabled, reviewers approve, reject or request corrections on employee-submitted entries, with a full audit trail.
Step 7
Download reports
Generate consumption, branch-wise, vehicle-wise and employee-wise reports, and export them as PDF or Excel whenever you need them.
Start with the Android app
Download FuelTrack, sign in with Google, and your company is ready in minutes.
