Subscription and Cancellation Terms

FuelTrack PK offers Free, Standard, Standard+ and Premium workspace access. The price, billing period, included features and any trial are shown before purchase. New Company and Petrol Pump monthly packages are USD $4.99 for Standard, USD $7.99 for Standard+, and USD $10.99 for Premium. Family monthly packages are USD $0.99 for Family Standard and USD $1.99 for Family Premium. Paid access applies to the workspace identified during purchase unless the offer clearly says otherwise. Android purchases are charged by Google Play to your selected payment method. Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-applicable price. Google Play shows the final local currency, taxes and renewal terms before confirmation and handles payment details; RevenueCat helps FuelTrack PK verify the resulting entitlement.

Free includes available Basic reports. Standard and Standard+ add available Advanced reports. Premium also adds available Organization reports. Website report access is checked against the live workspace entitlement for every generation and download. Unfinished or disabled report types remain unavailable even when a plan category would otherwise qualify.

Plan changes take effect according to the timing and proration shown by Google Play. A FuelTrack PK platform administrator may grant or change promotional or support access, but this does not automatically cancel or refund an active Google Play subscription. FuelTrack PK warns administrators when an active Play purchase may still need cancellation.

Cancel through Google Play: open Play Store, choose your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, FuelTrack PK, then Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the application, deleting a workspace or receiving a manual downgrade does not cancel billing. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Payments and refund requests are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already billed. Access may continue during a payment grace period and may be limited after expiry or an unresolved payment failure. See the Refund Policy.

Use the application's restore-purchases option when available and sign in with the Google account used for purchase. Google Play will provide required notice or consent for applicable price changes.
