Privacy Policy

We may process your Google account name, email address, profile photo and unique account identifier; workspace membership and roles; vehicle, fuel, odometer, cost, budget, employee, client, branch and report data; subscription product and entitlement status; support messages; notification tokens; and technical diagnostic information such as app or browser errors and performance. The application may use the camera only when you choose features such as QR scanning.

Information is used to sign you in, operate and synchronize workspaces, enforce roles, calculate and download reports, restore settings, verify subscriptions, send requested or operational notifications, respond to support, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and improve reliability.

Data is shared with authorized members of your workspace according to their roles. We use Google and Firebase for authentication, cloud data, protected backend authorization and notifications; Google Play for Android distribution and billing; RevenueCat for subscription-entitlement verification; and Sentry for error and performance diagnostics. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data.

The website uses the same Firebase Google identity as the Android application. The server verifies active workspace membership, administrator role, assigned branch and current subscription before returning report data. Generated PDF and spreadsheet files are created for your requested download and are not intentionally published as public files. Protect downloaded reports because they may contain workspace information.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, server-side plan validation, bounded report requests and security headers. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Cloud providers may process information outside Pakistan where their systems operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Information is kept while needed to provide FuelTrack PK, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes and maintain legitimate business records. Authorized owners can use available workspace export and deletion controls. Users can request account deletion through Account Deletion, Data Deletion Instructions, Contact Support, or an available in-app deletion control. Some limited records may be retained when legally required. Deleting an account or workspace does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

You may review or update available profile and workspace data, manage notification and device permissions, export eligible workspace data, or request access, correction or deletion through Contact Support. Workspace-data requests may require approval from its owner or administrator. We may verify your identity before processing a request.

FuelTrack PK is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy and will show a new version in the application when appropriate.
